As corporate paralegal, Suki works with private companies in corporate transactions including private equity and venture capital financings, entity formations, and mergers and acquisitions.

experience

Suki assists attorneys with all aspects of the firm’s complex corporate finance and transactional practice, including by maintaining capitalization records, preparing stock certificates and corporate governance materials, and making requisite securities filings.

Prior to joining Feinberg Hanson in June 2023, Suki was a legal assistant at the Student Legal Services Office at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where she provided administrative and legal support to attorneys to aid students at UMass. She supported cases ranging from housing, immigration, commerce, and corporate issues. Additionally, she worked with Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs Association researching AAPI representation across the country and supporting critical projects for the association nationwide.
