Stephany’s practice covers a wide range of complex corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and strategic partnerships. She also advises clients on their everyday needs, including entity formation, commercial agreements and governance.

  • LRN, a portfolio company of Leeds Equity Partners, in its acquisition of Compliance Learning from Thomson Reuters.

  • Con Edison (NYSE: ED) in its sale of Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses to RWE.

Stephany joined Feinberg Hanson in July 2023. Stephany began her career as a corporate associate in the New York office of Clifford Chance US LLP, where she represented clients in a wide range of corporate transactions. Prior to joining Feinberg Hanson, Stephany was an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins LLP, where she primarily represented companies and private equity firms in domestic and international mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. Stephany has been admitted to the New York bar. Stephany has not been admitted to the Massachusetts bar and only practices Massachusetts law under the direct supervision of attorneys active and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
